After doing conversion rate optimization for many years with stagnating improvements, my client wanted to do groundbreaking A/B tests to improve conversion rates while lowering CPA to help boost paid search campaign efforts.

What We Did

We reimagined one PPC landing page and designed it to be more engaging with a 3-step process flow that would guide users to find the insurance type they were looking for. For another landing page, we updated the CTA with urgency messaging to compel visitors to start a quote immediately.

What We Achieved

My A/B tests showed statistically significant improvements to conversion rates. My reimagined PPC landing page helped bolster the total number of people who complete a quote online by 8%. My other landing page was updated with a new CTA to push visitors with a sense of urgency to start their quote. This urgency helped drive an additional 173 visitors to start a new quote. I gained key insights into user behavior, which guided future landing page tests.
